Integrated Builders completed the structural steel component for the new Auburn Prime Ford dealership. The dealership is owned by David Rosenberg, the owner of Prime Motor Group, which has several dealerships in the region.

Team members on the project included project manager Brian Kidder, superintendent Michael Croteau, and assistant Barbara Frazier.

These individuals work closely with Director of Facilities Joe Rose to ensure the project is completed successfully. Other members of the project team include Curtis Architectural Group, Kelly Engineering Group, and Flood Consulting.

Herb Chambers purchased six acres near 809 Washington St. two years ago and plans to build a new dealership on it. It will have 30 service bays, a 15-car showroom, offices for sales staff, and a waiting room for customers.

In August, the city’s new car and truck sales increased 1.3 percent from August 2017. Industry experts say the increase is due to Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.
